The marketing report provides a comprehensive breakdown of campaign performance over a selected time frame (e.g., the last 7 days). It allows stakeholders to analyze key metrics such as the number of orders, sales revenue, and discounts offered across various campaigns, brands, and sales channels. The primary goal is to assess the effectiveness of marketing effort sand identify trends or areas for improvement. The purpose of the report is to focus on the campaign, and thesales amount that is affected by the campaign, not the whole order related data

To view Marketing Report please follow below steps

Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)

Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section

Step 3 : Select ”Marketing” from the list of the reports to view the details

NOTE:

• Same order may be counted multiple times due to different campaigns applied to the same order.

• Marketing report will only include orders from Talabat and Deliveroo which support multiple campaign types). From other integrations - we usually only receive“Discount + code”

‍Type - Campaign type (e.g. discount, voucher, combo)

Brand - The brand for which the campaign is defined

Channel - Channels of the orders that the campaign is applied

No Of Orders - Count of the number of orders that used the campaign

Original Amount - Sum of sales amount before the discount is applied

Item Level:

• One discounted item - item’s original amount displayed

• Multiple discounted items - sum of the original amounts for each discounted item will be displayed

Order(Basket) Level - Applied for the basket

Discounts - Sum of discount amount applied to the orders with the specified campaign (if it is a discount campaign)

Item Level - Sum of the item level discounts

Order(Basket) Level - Applied for the basket

Sales Amount - Sum of sales amount (if there is a discount, after the discount is applied)

Item Level - Sales amount of the item(s) that the campaign is applied towards

Order(Basket) Level - Applied for the basket
