Initial setup facilitates the setup of gData via GrubCenter.

Installing application on GC

Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter

Step 2 : Navigate to Applications and search for gData in GrubCenter App store

Step 3 : Select gData from the applications displayed in search

Step 4 : Click on “Settings” button to begin the set up

Step 5 : Enter DB Host, Port, DB name, Username & Password on setup page and click on “Details verification” button  to complete initial setup

Step 6 : Wait for pipes to be 100% synced

NOTE: in case sync is failed > Click on “Sync” button to re-sync pipes

Step 7 : Once all pipes are successfully synced, you will be redirected to Monitoring dashboard which will show if there are any faults in the pipes

NOTE: If the Database HOST is changed, then re-sync of all pipes will be required. In case any other information will be edited, no re-sync will be required
