Sending reports via email enables you to export real-time reports in Excel format and have them delivered directly to your account email. You can configure the recipient email addresses directly from the report page.

Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)

Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section

Step 3 : Select report which allows scheduling emails (e.g. Sales)

Step 4 : Click on “Send E-mail” button to export and send it to the email in excel format reflecting selected date range and filters

Step 5: Click on “Send Now” radio button

Step 6: Select Frequency

Step 7: Select Start date & Time

Step 8: Click on “Send E-mail” button to confirm selection and email will be sent according to selected time frame and filter parameters to user’s e-mail address which was registered on GC with selected date range and filters

NOTE:

• Email will be sent ONLY to the logged in user’s email address.
• When the data is too large, first 200.000 rows will be shared by email, while explaining it in the email template.
