Downloading reports allows you to export real-time reports in excel format and save on your PC. You can download them directly from the report page, with all selected filters applied.

Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter asthe user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)

Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section

Step 3 : Select report

Step 4 : Click on “Download” button to export itin excel format

Step 5 : Hover over the report to open link anddownload the large data report

Step 6 : Check downloads to get the report

Step 7 : Enter user’s PIN to open it

•Reports with less data will be downloaded through the browser

•Large data reports will be located on GC accessible from any report page
