This report provides a clear overview of customer acquisition trends that allow restaurant managers to optimize operations, improve customer retention, and make better strategic decisions based on customer data. The report tracks both total customers and new customers, helping you understand the restaurant's growth trajectory. You can identify how well marketing efforts or promotions are attracting new customers during a given period.

To view Customer Report  please follow below steps

Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)

Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section

Step 3 : Select ”Customers” from the list of the reports to view the details

General Anonymization of PII

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), PersonallyIdentifiable Information (PII) is any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person (referred to as a "data subject"). This means any data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual. Following GDPR guidelines, mechanism that automatically anonymizes/partially masks customer data after the specified retention period (3 month) is implemented across GTPlatform.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)accessible for GT

• Customer Information : Phone Number, Name, Address, Email address

• Customer Delivery Information : Delivery Address, Latitude,Longitude

• Driver Information : Driver Id, Name, Phone Number

• VAT ID

NOTE: Retention period can be configured on the backend if required. Anonymization is applicable only to the relevant EU countries, UK & KSA

Deletion of Customer Information

Customer Information can be deleted from GrubTech DB upon request by GT support team

Skip Anonymization of CustomerInformation

Anonymization can be skipped from GrubTech DB upon request by GT support team

Audit User Information

Support team has records of the users and actions taken towards the report such as: report view, download, send over email and schedule reports. This records are kept for the auditing purposes.

In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines, personally identifiable information (PII) can not be shared to third parties. Therefore, you will be able to export password protected reports which contains personal data in excel format using configured user PIN as password to make sure that this information was shared only with authorized person.

How to view exported (downloaded / sent by email) report

 

Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)

Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section

Step 3 : Select required report from the list of the reports

Step 4 : Download or Send report by email

Step 5 : Open the extracted excel file

Step 6 : Enter your user’s PIN code in password field to view the report

NOTE:

• You may configure PIN code on GC → User Management →Users → Select User → PIN → Save

• Exported report has expiration period of 7-10 days after which report won’t be accessible and you will have to export new report
